Ocean Ridge Vice Mayor Richard Lucibella was arrested this weekend on shooting charges, according to an arrest report.
Officers responded to the 5700 block of Old Ocean Blvd. in reference to shots fired Saturday at approximately 9:13 p.m.
Officials say 63-year-old Richard Lucibella was intoxicated and fired a shot into the air.
Lucibella was also charged with resisting arrest.
He was placed under arrest and transported to the Ocean Ridge Police Department for processing and later transported to the Palm Beach County Jail for booking.
Lucibella has since bonded out of jail.
