FORT MYERS, Fla. -- A New York man has been charged with battery after a confrontation with TSA agents at Southwest Florida International Airport.

It happened early Thursday morning in the screening area of the airport.

According to Lee County Port Authority Police, surveillance video shows 50-year-old Paul Cunningham of New Rochelle, New York aggressively grabbing the arm of a TSA agent and pulling her body across a table to rip a bottle of "tan lotion" out of her hand.

Authorities report that Cunningham was extremely upset, cursing and saying that they were not going to take his tan lotion that cost $25.

Cunningham was booked into the Lee County Jail and as of Friday afternoon remained in custody on no bond.
