Jorge Barahona attempted murder trial has been moved to Miami, after prosecutors requested to transfer the case from Palm Beach County where the trial was set for July 25.
The 58-year-old man is accused of trying to kill his 10-year-old adoptive son.
Barahona's truck was found off I-95 in West Palm Beach in 2011. His son, Victor, had been doused with acid and was having seizures. Barahona's daughter, Nubia, was later discovered dead in the back of the truck.
Barahona faces a separate trial in connection with her death.
