(WTLV, NBC NEWSCHANNEL) Jacksonville Jaguars running back Denard Robinson was found asleep in a sinking car in Jacksonville.
Authorities say Robinson, along with a female passenger, were found passed out or asleep just after 4 a.m. Sunday morning.
When officers tried to wake Robinson he opened his eyes then went back to sleep.
The passenger meanwhile refused to exit the vehicle and had to be pulled out of the car
Police were eventually able to get both occupants to out of the sinking vehicle.
Robinson and the passenger were not hurt and will not be charged with a crime.
