MELBOURNE, Fla. (AP) — A 40-year-old woman is accused of molesting a patient at an assisted living facility in Florida.
Melbourne police arrested Guettie Belizaire Monday on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of an elderly person.

Florida Today reports Belizaire was found in the patient's room at the Brookshire Assisted Living Facility on Dec. 13. Co-workers notified police when they couldn't find her for nearly two hours. An arrest report says when police arrived she was getting dressed in the bathroom.
Police said the man was suffering from various medical ailments at the time. He told investigators he was sexually assaulted and a DNA test and assault kit confirmed his claims.
A warrant was issued for Belizaire's arrest in March.
Jail records don't say whether she has obtained a lawyer.
