UPDATE: FDLE says the missing child alert for Dejah Hawkins has been canceled.
EARLIER:
A Florida missing child alert has been issued overnight for a 7-year-old from Miami-Dade County.
The child, Dejah Hawkins was last seen in the area of the 2800 block of NW 192nd Street in Miami Gardens.
The FDLE said the child may be in the company of Ashley McCoy.
Dejah is described as 4 feet 1 inch and 85 pounds.
The alert says the child has been missing since Jan. 24.
