Spectrum cable customers across Florida are experiencing outage problems with their service.
The company, formerly known as Bright House Networks, Tweeted about the issue Thursday.

The company initially Tweeted that Central Florida customers were experiencing issues. Within minutes, they corrected themselves by stating that it included “all areas of Florida.”

The total number of those without service and the reason for the outage has not been released.
The company did Tweet that they do not know when the issue will be resolved.
