A portion of Brickell Bay was blocked off Tuesday morning as law enforcement officials respond to reports of a bomb threat.
Police blocked off the area of 1155 Brickell Bay Drive as they responded to the scene.
According to sources, a man attacked a woman near The Mark on Brickell condos and reportedly made several threats to blow himself up. The man reportedly threw a bag into the water claiming it was going to explode.
Police have not confirmed whether the man was taken into custody.
