PANAMA CITY, Fla.-- The United States Coast Guard and local Florida authorities are investigating why a boat was found spinning out of control on Sunday.
Multiple agencies responded when the operator of the boat was thrown from the vessel into the water.
He was then hit by the boat after being thrown off and was immediately rushed to the hospital where he is in critical condition.
The boat was found yesterday near the Panama City Marina.
