EARLIER:
An AMBER Alert has been issued for a southwest Florida child.
Jessica Matias-Francisco was last seen in the 400 block of Tyrone Avenue in Fort Myers and may be in the company of Paulo Mateo Pedro Tomas.
The girl was wearing blue jeans and blue and white horizontal striped shirt.
Investigators say she and Tomas might be traveling in a 2005, silver Chevrolet, with Florida tag number 164RMX.
The plate was stolen from another vehicle, according to FDLE.
