One week after a deadly shooting in South Bay, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has announced an arrest in the case.
Rashad Bailey, 23, faces charges of homicide and robbery with a weapon, according to PBSO.
The shooting happened in the 100 block of SW 6th Avenue October 16.
Arriving deputies found a man later identified as 38-year-old Andre Fuller with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
The sheriff's office said Bailey was in the Palm Beach County Jail on unrelated charges.
