Omar Mateen's father, Seddique Mateen, says he is saddened by what happened at Pulse nightclub in Orlando early Sunday morning, so much so that he and his wife want to visit the victims.
He says although he doesn't know why his son did this, one thing he is sure about, is that he says it had nothing to do with radical Islam.
Seddique said that the FBI investigators who came to his house on Sunday were thorough and professional and he says he cooperated fully.
