On Tuesday around 7:19 a.m., police said they were called to a disturbance involving a gun at 561 SW Lawler Ave.

The construction crew was unloading equipment from their trailer, and police said Kowalczyk became upset over the noise.

According to officials, Kowalczyk said, "my dogs were going crazy inside my house" and yelled at the crew as he pointed his rifle at them.

Kowalczyk was arrested and charged. No one was injured in the incident.
