Port St. Lucie police are looking for the community's help in locating a 69-year-old missing and endangered woman.
Teresa Lemon suffers from early stages of dementia.
She left her residence during the evening hours of April 26, 2019 between 6:30 and 7:00.
The direction she traveled is unknown.
Teresa has no cell phone, no cash and is possibly on foot.
Teresa is described as a white female, 5'06", 120lbs, brown hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black polo shirt with khaki shorts.
