A deadly crash forced the closure of an exit ramp on I-95 in Port St. Lucie Tuesday morning.
The crash happened when the driver of a Ford F-150 veered off the road and into trees, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. It forced troopers to temporarily shut the northbound off-ramp at Gatlin Boulevard.
Traffic investigators identified the driver who died as 60-year-old William Hartig of Palm Beach Gardens.
FHP says it is continuing to investigate the crash.
