The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office says a possible explosive device was found in Fort Pierce Friday evening.
Fort Pierce police received a call at 6:30 p.m. about a potentially explosive item found by kids at 1610 Delaware Avenue.
Bomb Squad investigated the device they say was later detonated in open field.
A second item was found, but didn't need to be detonated, officials said.
No injuries have been reported.
It's still unknown what kind of devices were found.
