Almost two months after he was first arrested and charged with sexual battery, former St. Lucie County deputy Evan Cramer faces new sexual battery charges.

Cramer was arrested on January 24th, after being accused of forcing a woman to perform oral sex on him. Cramer was on duty and in uniform at the time. Cramer allegedly told the victim he'd keep her from jail in exchange for sexual favors.

St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken Mascara fired him and asked any other victims to come forward.

Two days later, on January 26th, deputies say a woman called, " frantic and scared," and "repeatedly stating 'he is gonna come and kill me.'" She told them she was talking about deputy Evan Cramer.

The alleged victim went on to tell police that back in mid-January, she was riding her bike in Fort Pierce when Cramer stopped her in his patrol car. She said Cramer told her she was riding her bike on the wrong side of the road and did not have proper equipment. The alleged victim told deputies that wasn't true.

According to his arrest report, Cramer then searched her purse and found diabetic needles used to take insulin. Cramer threatened to take her to jail, claiming they were illegal since she didn't have an insulin card. Cramer said instead of taking her to jail, she could perform oral sex. The alleged victim says he drove her to a nearby beach area where she complied.

4 hours later, the victim says he found her again on the street, telling her "I couldn't stop thinking about you." He demanded oral sex again," according to the report. The victim told detectives she was scared of what he would do to her if she said no.

After the oral sex, the victim says Cramer gave her weed. He took the weed out of his truck, stating he got it off "some Mexican gang banger," according to the report.

Twice more, the victim says Cramer contacted her, and forced her to perform oral sex. She told detectives, "Cramer knows where she lives and she did not know if he was going to try and get her into trouble."

While investigating, St. Lucie detective found Cramer logged out of his patrol car's GPS system to hide his location during the dates and times matching the victim's account.

Cramer was re-arrested on 3 new counts of sexual battery charges Tuesday.
