A fire shut down a recycling machine in St. Lucie County on Sunday.
Fire officials say a large multi-million-dollar machine that sorts and compacts the county's recyclable materials caught fire, leaving it inoperable.
The machine is at the county landfill near Interstate 95.
No one was injured.
