PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — A dream came true for a Treasure Coast teen who beat cancer.
Brieanna Elmer underwent chemotherapy, radiation and multiple surgeries to overcome an aggressive form of cancer.
The 13-year-old wished for a "backyard oasis" at her home in Port St. Lucie.
On Thursday, her dream became a reality when the Make-A-Wish charity revealed her new oasis that features a custom deck, hot tub, landscape and more.
