Port St. Lucie missing and endangered man found

UPDATE: Arthur Bulter was found in good health by the Fort Pierce Police Department on March 13 and returned home safely, according to Port St. Lucie police.

EARLIER:

Port St. Lucie police are looking for a missing and endangered 47-year-old man.

Arthur Lee Bulter, 47, was last seen Tuesday at approximately 11 a.m. at his residence in the 2000 block of SW Ranch Ave.

Bulter does not have transportation and uses public transit or walks to his destinations.

He is described as a 5 feet 11 inches, weighing 280 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Bulter was last seen wearing blue jeans, blue shirt and an orange pullover.

Police have canvassed the surrounding areas but did not find him.
