A Delray Beach neighborhood is recovering from being almost underwater from the super moon.
Viewer Adriana Guardia posted cell phone video to our Facebook page showing the street, some lawns and driveways almost submerged in water.

The cause is the super moon. It happens when the moon is closest to the earth and it causes the tide to rise higher than usual.
Kathy Aureback and her niece, Alice, shared pictures of what their lawn looked like this morning when water covered it by nearly a foot.
"I think what are we going to do about the plants because we love caring for the plants," said Alice Burgess.
Her aunt Kathy added, "My grass is going to die because of the brackish water," she said. "There's no sense watering it because it's going to happen again tonight."
High tide in Delray Beach happened at 9:25 p.m. Saturday night.
