Delray Beach Police Department officers are searching for a missing man with dementia who wandered from his assisted living facility Sunday evening on Barwick Road.
Officials say 51-year-old Jerry Lamar Jr. was last seen wearing black pants and gray T-shirt.
Anyone who sees Jerry Lamar Jr. is asked to call the Delray Beach Police Department at 562-243-7800.
