Delray leaders consider new rules for pet sales

Posted

Leaders in Delray Beach want to make sure dogs and cats you buy in the city don't come from puppy mills.

There is only one pet store in Delray Beach.

The owner of Waggs to Riches says breeders are highly regulated and this law won't impact puppy mills.
