A registered sex offender in Delray Beach is accused of taking nude pictures of two teenage girls.
Michael Dougherty is facing multiple charges after the mother of girls found the pictures on Dougherty's phone and alerted police.
Police say they found about 80 pictures of the girls getting undressed or getting out of the shower.
The girls told police that they have never taken nude photos of themselves or allowed anyone to take nude photos.
Their mother said Dougherty got the photos by setting up a camera in the teens’ bathroom while she was in a hospital, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Dougherty faces charges of video voyeurism, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
