Delray Beach police say two people are under arrest and two at large after a traffic stop Tuesday morning.
Officers said they were conducting a routine traffic stop on southbound Congress Avenue, north of Atlantic Avenue, when a vehicle pulled over with four people inside.
When the car stopped, police said the group ran from the scene.
Officers said the car was stolen.
Police have two people in custody, but the other two are still at large. Officers also recovered a stolen gun.
At 10 a.m. police said they were breaking down the perimeter they had set up.
Atlantic High School was placed on lockdown as a precaution. It was lifted around 10:30 a.m.
