A judge has denied bond for the second suspect arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man Sunday night at Pence Park in Boynton Beach.
Evans Sineace, 22, appeared in court Friday morning.
Investigators said three men had been playing soccer on the field at 600 SE 4th Street when two people came up and tried to rob them.
Tomas Pedro, 31, of Boynton Beach, was shot and died at the scene around 10:50 p.m., according to police.
Two other men were injured.
A U.S. Marshals task force arrested Sineace in West Palm Beach Thursday afternoon.
He's charged with murder and attempted robbery.
Miguel Figueroa, 19, of Fort Myers also faces charges of felony murder and robbery with a firearm.
