BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. -- A Boynton Beach man died in a crash Tuesday morning.
Traffic Homicide Investigators responded to the intersection of Boynton Beach Boulevard and Industrial Drive at approximately 10:20 a.m. after the passenger side of a Mercedes-Benz slammed into the back of a Ford F550 truck.
Police say the truck was stopped at the intersection waiting to turn north onto Industrial Drive.
The Mercedez-Benz, driven by 38-year-old Arshia Poursartip, was traveling east on Boynton Beach Boulevard, and while attempting to stop, hydroplaned into the truck.
Poursartip was taken to Delray Medical Center where he died.
The driver of the truck was taken to Bethesda Hospital with minor injuries.
