Boynton Beach police said Thursday morning that Cedric Rivers Jr. was found safe and is currently at the police station.
EARLIER STORY:
Boynton Beach police are searching for a 10-year-old runaway boy.
Cedric Rivers Jr. was last seen by his father running eastbound on Gateway Boulevard and Northwest 1st Street at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
He was wearing white shorts, a royal blue shirt and white socks.
Cedric is described as 5 feet tall weighing between 80 and 100 pounds.
Anyone who sees him or has information as to his whereabouts is urged to call their local law enforcement agency.
