A teen accused of shooting and killing a man in Boynton Beach will be tried as an adult.
Jameslee Terasme, 16, was in court Friday to face a charge of first-degree murder.
Police said Terasme killed Damas Ilceus on Feb. 20 outside the Hester Community Center.
According to the police report, the victim tried to break up a fight between his brother and the suspect.
After police posted his picture, Terasme later turned himself in on March 2.
