Boynton Beach police say a porch pirate struck at a home this week.
According to the department, a woman stole packages from a house on SE 27th Way around noon on Tuesday.
Surveillance images show her carrying large boxes away. Police haven't said what was inside the packages.
With the holiday season here, officers have these tips to protect your mail and packages:
- Install a doorbell video camera like Ring or Nest.
- Have packages delivered to your work, not home.
- Consider a 'signature upon delivery' shipment.
- Use the 'hold for pickup' option from the U.S. Postal Service.
