A Boynton Beach family remembered a woman murdered three years ago with a tribute on Saturday.
Courtney Smith was fatally shot while shopping at the Z Food & Market in Boynton Beach in 2017.
Her family put up a makeshift memorial on Saturday outside the store where she was shot.
Courney's mother formed the anti-bullying foundation called "Justice4Courtney" in her memory.
The organization teaches kids and adults about the dangers of bullying.
