BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — A 28-year-old man was arrested Thursday for inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl, according to the Boynton Beach Police Department.
Police say the incident happened on Aug. 1, 2018 inside a bathroom at Barton Memorial Park.
Terrence Devon Wilkins of Boynton Beach was charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a 13-year-old girl
He was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
