2nd arrest in deadly Boynton Beach park shooting

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. A second suspect is in custody in connection with the shooting death of a man Sunday night at Pence Park.

Investigators said three men had been playing soccer on the field at 600 SE 4th Street when two people came up and tried to rob them.

Tomas Pedro, 31, of Boynton Beach, was shot and died at the scene around 10:50 p.m., according to police.

Two other men were injured and treated for their injuries at the hospital. 

A U.S. Marshals task force arrested Evans Sineace, 22, in West Palm Beach Thursday afternoon.

He's charged with murder and attempted robbery.

Earlier this week police arrested Miguel Figueroa, 19, of Fort Myers and charged him with felony murder and robbery with a firearm.
