BOCA RATON, Fla. -- A woman was killed by a falling tree branch in Boca Raton on Saturday.
The incident happened Saturday morning at 6300 NW 2nd Avenue.
Tuesday police identified the woman as 23-year-old Alyssa Sangeeta Jacobson.
A Facebook post said a scholarship has been established in her honor which will fund educational opportunities for young people.
