The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing, endangered Boca Raton woman.
Tabitha Ann Hepburn Fowler, 50, was last seen at 11 a.m. Tuesday. She walked away from her home in the 23000 block of Post Gardens Way and has not been seen or heard since.
Tabitha is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater over a red sweater and unknown color of pants.
Tabitha has autism and is suffering from the early stages of dementia.
Anyone with information about Tabitha's whereabouts is urged to contact PBSO Dispatch at 688-3400 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
