There's a new reason to keep an extra eye on the road in Boca Raton.
A new report says the city has the second highest amount of speed traps for drivers in the entire state of Florida. Nationally, the city ranked 9th.

The report from CheapCarInsurance.Net says Boca Raton has 104 speed traps per 100,000 residents.
The site said it analyzed "15 years of driver-reported national speed trap exchange data."
Researchers found the majority of traps featured law enforcement hiding by the side of the road or the bottom of a hill.
The intersection of Spanish River Blvd. at the Interstate 95 overpass was the most driver-confirmed spot for speed traps in the city.
The study said Sarasota has the most speed traps in Florida with 142 per 100,000 residents.
Vermont has the most speed traps in the U.S. while Alaska has the fewest, the study said.
Boca Raton Police have not commented on the study.
