The Satanic display is back in downtown Boca Raton, after someone tore down the inverted pentagram last week.
Boca Raton middle school teacher Preston Smith got permission from the city to install the display on Sanborn Square. He argues if the city allows Christian and Jewish symbols on public property, it has to allow all religions, no matter if they are offensive.
Police have four separate reports of vandalism toward the display.
Smith has permission to leave the pentagram up until Jan. 7.
