Read the letter sent to parents bellow:

Dear Spanish River High School Parents and Guardians,

District administrators met with school staff and parents last week in an attempt to gain insight into which qualities and characteristics would be most important when considering the next principal to continue the legacy of academic excellence at Spanish River Community High School.

All of the information collected from staff and parents was considered during a panel interview process of potential candidates. The interview panel was comprised of District administrators, teachers, school officials and parents.

Ultimately two highly-experienced candidates were brought to Superintendent Donald Fennoy for his review. After careful consideration, Dr. Fennoy will recommend to the School Board Wednesday the approval of Allison Castellano as the new principal of Spanish River.
