A former massage therapist pled guilty to inappropriately touching a client.
Raymond Smith agreed to a plea deal Tuesday and will pay a fine for a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from the 2014 incident.
A woman told detectives Smith touched her private area during a massage in December 2014. The incident took place at Massage Envy near Powerline and Palmetto Pard roads in West Boca Raton.
Last year, the victim in this criminal case filed a civil lawsuit, which is still pending, against Massage Envy.
