BOCA RATON, Fla.- Flames destroyed a large home under renovation in Boca Raton early Saturday morning.
It happened in the Grand Oaks of Broken Sound Country Club, a gated community.
The blaze was so big that firefighters could only fight it from outside the home.
The fire overtook a large, two-story home around 1 a.m.
Boca Raton Firefighters say the home was under renovation for a week and a half from a previous fire, so no one was inside when the fire happened.
The state fire marshal is investigating what sparked the fire.
