It's double trouble in this week's dirty dining report.
For the second time in a month, the Boca Tiki Lounge and Restaurant, located at 701 NW 53rd St. in Boca Raton, has temporarily closed because of roach activity.
State inspectors found more than 15 live roaches on the floor next to the walk in cooler and on empty dish racks under the dish machine.
The restaurant was closed on June 7 after inspectors found seven high-priority violations. Then on June 25, inspectors found five high-priority violations.
There was also raw animal food not separated from ready to eat food at the lounge.
Dutshy's Caribbean restaurant, located at 801 Congress Ave. #677 in Boynton Beach also ran into some trouble this week.
Dutshy's was temporarily closed June 26 after an inspection found 29 live roaches in the restaurant.
State inspectors also found Dutshy's employees touching ready to eat food with their bare hands.
