BOCA RATON, Fla. -- A seminar took place Sunday in Boca Raton to educate parents about the dangers of vaping.
The Palm Beach County Behavioral Health Coalition held the "Dangers of vaping" seminar at Saint Gregory's Episcopal Church.
According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), there have been over 800 cases of lung injury and 12 vaping-related deaths.
The CDC also says more than one in four high school students in the U.S. use e-cigarettes.
The Trump administration announced earlier this month its plan to ban the sale of most flavored e-cigarettes.
