UPDATE: Officials say crews were able to extinguish the fire without it spreading to additional apartments or floors of the building.
There are no reported injuries, and residents will be allowed back into their homes once carbon monoxide levels are safe.
Crews are conducting overhaul operations and an investigator is responding to the location.

Fire crews are on the scene of a high-rise structure fire in Boca Raton Monday.
The incident happened at 8:43 p.m.
According to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, the fire started in the third floor storage room of Century Village West, a 4-story apartment building.
The building is being evacuated.
No injuries have been reported.
