BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Little Smiles is making a special delivery for Christmas.

Cade Hughes wanted a computer, and he got his wish Monday morning.

His adult brother Ryan Ritter said, "It's great that there are organizations out there that work hard to make other people happy. So, it puts a smile on my face seeing him light up with joy when he gets to see these things."

The 9-year-old Boca Raton boy was born with a rare bone disease called Jansen's.

Cade learned to adapt with his parents always by his side.

But six months ago, his parents were tragically killed in a car crash on their way back from the west coast of Florida to pick up a wheelchair lift.

The organization "Little Smiles" stepped in.

Nicole Grossmayer, executive director of Little Smiles said, "They've really had a difficult year and we just want to bring them some smiles and let them know that we are here for them."
