Lottery officials said Tuesday that Raymond Maingrette claimed the large prize, which was from a drawing held on July 27.
The winning ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers, but did not match the Powerball.
The ticket was purchased at a Publix, located at 22973 State Road 7 South, in suburban Boca Raton.
The retailer received a $5,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
