Florida Atlantic University is hosting an active shooter drill today (Saturday) on the FAU campus between 9am and 1pm.
Emergency personnel will participate in the training.
During the drill, the sound of explosions and gunfire might be heard.
Access to the campus will be limited during that time.
Boca Raton Police ask that citizens in the surrounding area do NOT call 911 about the noise.
