92-year-old on scooter killed in Boca Raton crash

A 92-year-old man died in a traffic crash in the Broken Sound development Friday morning, according to Boca Raton police.

The man was driving an E-go Electric Scooter when a Lexus making a turn struck him, police said.

The scooter driver, identified as Karl Feinberg, was transported to Delray Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

They said 84-year-old Kenneth Gale was behind of the wheel of the Lexus and was not injured.

The incident happened at 5900 Coco Plum Boulevard.
