BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Some students in Boca Raton helped raise money for childhood cancer research grants by shaving their heads.
Students shaved their heads for Calusa Elementary's 11th annual St. Baldrick's event.
Over the last 9 years, the school has raised over $420,000.
The school held the event in honor of a physical education teacher at the school who died suddenly this year due to a heart attack.
