An elderly suburban Boca Raton woman faces attempted murder and aggravated assault charges.
Deputies arrested Beverly Levine Monday.
The 85-year-old is accused of shooting at her husband twice with her revolver. He was not injured.
Deputies investigating the case say they found three live rounds and two spent casing in the revolver Levine turned over to them.
They also say that they found holes in furniture and drywall in her residence, including a projectile still inside an armoire.
A judge ordered Levine to undergo a mental health evaluation before determining her bond.
Levine will be back in court Wednesday morning.
