One person died in a single-vehicle crash in Palm Beach County Sunday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

A motorcycle was heading south on A1A in the 6800 block of North Ocean Blvd., when the driver veered off the road at a curve and struck a palm tree, according to FHP.

The male driver was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries, investigators said. They have not yet identified him.

The case remains under investigation.
